Conference Initiatives

Organised International & National conferences in the capacity of organising secretary in the field of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Liver Transplantation. Works regularly to create platforms for knowledge-sharing in the field, and has initiated the following conferences:

• Organised CME on “Midterm National Conference Indian Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition (ISPGHAN) , on 2nd September 2018 in Delhi.
• Organised a Symposium on “Pediatric Hepatology Session” on 8th April 2018; in 4th International Liver Symposium (ILS), held from 6-8th April 2018 in Gurgaon.
• Oragnised a CME on “Diarrhea in Children: Basics and Beyond / Bench to bedside” held on 26th November 2017 in Medanta The Medicity Hospital, Gurgaon.
• Organised a Symposium on Pediatric Hepatology and Transplantation in 3rd International Liver Symposium, on 3rd April 2016 in 3rd International Liver Symposium (ILS), held from 1 – 3 April, 2016, at Gurgaon (Delhi NCR), India.
• Organising secretary of “14th Scientific Meeting of Commonwealth Association of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition in association with ISPGHAN and Child Society; 2-4 Oct. 2015 in Delhi.
• “Medanta Clinics in Pediatric Gastroenterology & Hepatology (MCPGH)-2014 “ to be held from 18th July to 20 July 2014 at Medanta The Medicity Hospital.
• “2nd International Liver Symposium” to be held from 23rd January to 25th January 2014, organised by Medanta Institute of Liver disease and Transplantation in Gurgaon – India.
• Organising Chairperson – CME on Pediatric Metabolic liver diseases to be held on Jan 25th 2014 in Gurgaon – India.
• 51 Annual Conference of Indian Academy of Pediatrics (PEDICON) – 2014 as Coordinator of Workshop in Pediatric Gastroenterology & Hepatology 8 – 12 January.
• Trainer for “IAP Mission Uday” – 2013
• 50 Annual Conference of Indian Academy of Pediatrics (PEDICON) – 2013 as Coordinator of Workshop in Pediatric Gastroenterology & Hepatology 16 – 19 January 2013.
• Post Graduate course in Pediatrics” from 13th to 16th September 2012 as course director (13th -16th September 2012).
• CME – on “World hepatitis Day” on 28th July 2012 at Medanta The Medicity Hospital.
• Organise half day workshop “How to write a scientific paper” in 5th Pediatric Surgery Update held on 23rd to 26th February 2012.
