• She is presently the Director of the first department of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Liver Transplantation setup in the country at Medanta, The Medicity Hospital – Gurgaon.
• Chairperson – Global Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (GAPIO) Women forum.
• President of Commonwealth Pediatric Gastroenterology & Nutrition society (CAPGAN).
• President of CHILD (children intestinal and liver disease) society.
• IMA National Coordinator of Hepatitis B and C Control Program 2017 onwards.
• Advisor to national board of examinations (NBE) for Pediatrics and accreditation examiner of NBE.
• Executive member of Indian Medical association (IMA) Standing Committee for Women – 2016 onwards.
• Co-chair of  Standard Treatment Workflows (STWs) development in Pediatrics, endeavour by Government of India (GOI) with Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).

• Hon. Consultant, Paediatric Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist, Therapeutic Endoscopist and Liver Transplant Physician, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, New Delhi (1998 – July 2010) where she set up pediatric gastroenterology and liver transplant services.
